Busy week, and I have a new report to share. This one is for Vertical Communications, and the focus is helping businesses understand the merits of three different business models for cloud services providers. Each company has a distinct cloud journey, but the wholesale model is not well-understood, so they often follow other paths. My analysis breaks down three different models, along with the ideal persona for each type.
